Describe the bug wenn eine neue person dazukommen soll, können club admins keine user anlegen und dementsprechend keine email adressen hinterlegen

1. as club admin goto https://db-ultimate.frisbeeverband.at/ultimate_frisbee_management/person/add/ 2.see that field user is only select witout add button
