Cleanup. Minor changes - Githubissues

rename the software validator file to somefFAIR
rename ROFairnessCalculator to FAIROs
Update readme (no need to be authenticated in the API)
delete identifier in code/ro-examples/ro-example-2/ro-crate-metadata.json (google.com is not an identifier, was only for testing purposes)
remove test_examples folder. no longer made sense
create a new folder for an example of FAIROs output
minor fix in the visualizer. If the type of a component is a list of types, it will be displayed all the types (example of in ro-examples-1)

test_examples/ was useful to have an example of the output of each tool at hand
