Create Web GUI for sending resources #1

Req: the Web GUI has to be able to send post petitions to a server that will assign URIs for each of the resources, and another post petition to a servlet that will communicate with the LDP for creating the RO itself.

First prototype done. Will assign issues as new requirements are needed
