Client improvements #7

1) add multiple authors (http://bootstrapvalidator.com/examples/adding-dynamic-field/) 2) add any missing fields, so we have a proper RDF at the end.
3) When URIs are returned, include them as hidden fields in the form.

Finished dealing with 2) and almost 1) (you can add multiple external resources)
