Fixing issues #1, #2 and #3. #5

Using MySQL enclosed character (`) in Gateway.java for now. Once one does implement another RDBMS, it must be changed.

For issue #2, generic enclosed character \" will guide the user in morph-RDB to configurate the correct enclosed character for a given RDBMS.
