Andrej Karpathy has extended his arxiv sanity prototype to biomed papers. The link is here http://biomed-sanity.com/ and it is open source. Given a collection of papers it may be relatively straightforward to do some initial setup of a search engine that health professionals can evaluate (or a baseline for comparison with other systems and proposals).

Check this at https://github.com/karpathy/covid-sanity Good resource for paper similarity, which may be plugged-in to any of the tools in the pipeline (e.g., browsing tools), and which may benefit from having the full list of papers

Ah, since somewhere midway September the biomed-sanity site appears to be down.

The GitHub repository still seems to be active, so it may be rebuilt and redeployed if needed.
