At the moment there are only two (purl and w3id), but some researchers have rightfully requested to add others (eg. dbpedia, https://www.linked.data.gov.au/governance). We should have clear guidelines for people to let us know if there are other persistent services; and whether there is proof of the commitment from their institutions.
