Defining delimiter when source is a csv file #25

Hi. It does not seem possible to define the delimiter when working with CSV files : https://rml.io/yarrrml/spec/#delimiter Please consider adding this feature :)

This issue is related to #15 as the delimiter comes from the CSVW spec.
