Instructions on how to retrain and update the model

We need better instructions that tell us:

• How to retrain the model (e.g., how many epochs, etc.).
• Better documentation to indicate how good is the model used to train
• How to replace the trained model in the API (where is the URL)

Basically, how to redeploy in an end-to-end basis
