Addressing #16 #25.

  1. Added SCC logo
  2. Added a png card example
  3. Commands repos_org and repos_user merged
  4. New cli doc and flags for some commands
  5. Add modals to single card command
  6. New feature: single card can be saved as png or html
  7. The last release is now inside the tooltip
  8. New markdown to html lib
  9. Ran tool against all oeg-upm repos
