Version 3.10 Uses somef ver 0.9.+ Creation of new SOCA commands. Summary and configure. Edits to cards.py to allow usage of Summary command. Edits of metadata.py and extract_metadata.py Creation of Docker file for SOCA Docker compose for grafana and influxDB for SOCA-Dash feature.
