Hi, the model I'm using is a lightgbm regression model but I'm getting an error with the shape of the get_shap_values_df method presumably.

This works fine with the original shap library, I am able to generate plots perfectly fine.

Does anyone know how I can solve this? Thank you.

Do you have more of the original stack trace? A bit hard to figure out where it went wrong from here. Also why are you not passing any labels y?
