Started restructuring the project. Next step will be the change of the package structure.

is there any reference on "oehf-compliance"? pls provide further information where to find "specs" on that.

The package structure should start with "org.openehealth.coala". That's all.

Package structure of coala-domain has been converted.

The assembly needs to be reworked completely. So I make this not a part of this issue, but open a separate one for it.

So everything else is done now.
