XDS registry conformance Tests #1

IHE XDStools provide a simple way to test against IHE compliance. As part of this issue, resolve open issue according to the test output of required xds registry tests.

Tests with minor exceptions run successful with hapi FHIR or Firely Fhir servers. Documentation of exceptions will be done.
