Support OUDSM environments #1

Add support for OUDSM respectively weblogic environment. Alias, variables etc.

WARN : Fallback to ${OUD_DATA}/*/OUD
ERROR: OUD Instance  does not exits in /u01/instances

Not really fancy when no OUD is configured....

extend Support for OUDSM for oud_up and oud_status. The current solution does Keep OUDSM as well other Domains under ../domains/...
