Currently the payload in the installation script is just plain binary. Sometimes this may lead to issues while transferring the file. So why not encode the file? See https://www.linuxjournal.com/content/add-binary-payload-your-shell-scripts

uuencode/uudecode is not part of Oracle Linux slim docker image.
