Function update_oudtab can not handle new OUDTAB #71

Function _updateoudtab does not take into account the new structure of OUDTAB when re-creating the oudtab.

_updateoudtab now updates the start/stop flag as well. By default it will set the flag according the status of the instance:

if _updateoudtab just update the entry it will keep the existing flag.
