Create Metafile in Backup folder

Create Metafile in Backup folder with info about the backup set

[oehrlis]

add a simple logfile .backup_set.log in each backup_set folder. It contains simple status info separated by semicolon

• Status of backup set either CREATED or MODIFIED
• Date of modification
• Backup Type e.g. FULL, INCREMENTAL or CONFIG
• Status of backup job either OK or NOK
