Data requirements: Collect requirements in a central place #52

To define the data requirements in a central place, we could include all requirements in the respective files in component_attrs. The already existing column 'requirement' in these tables could attain values like 'optimization', 'simulation', etc.

This also applies to the input parameters presented in the docs chapter on simulation.
