Remove points of polygon osmnx import

The osmnx import and optimistaion example did not work. The geopandas dataframe columns / and structure such as the index was changed in osmnx.

In the polygon geopandas dataframe were Polygons and Points. For the geometry processin either or is possible.

This PR fixes the example and filters the Points.
