SigLinDe extension for the demand profile calcutation? #54

Hi, after reviewing the calculation procedure of the demand profil, I was wondering why the demand profil in "get_normalized_bdew_profile" is calculated with a Sigmoid function. The BDEW guideline proposes an extension with a linear term, which in combination is called SigLinDe.

Hi @incofresh, thanks for bringing that up.

Actually, we did not, yet. Personally, I tend to use either PSLP (cf. https://www.mdpi.com/1996-1073/14/12/3576) or physical building models instead of SLP. I seem them as a cheap fallback if no other data is available.
