Option for normalized time series as output for oemof simulations? #33

Reminder for the question whether to include an option for normalized time series into the feedinlib as output for oemof (exchange with jnnr). For wind power: capacity factors (?) - for PV use nominal power or peak power?

This is now implemented. PV can be scaled by peak power or area and Wind generation by installed power.
