Implement Multi-period-investment from solph v.0.5.1 #106

This issue is about integrating the multi-period-investment approach PR 828 PR 933 of solph in tabular. LP files were already adapted in #105, but currently can't be used. For this the following need to be solved:

how to pass periods
how to trigger multi-period optimization
adapt components
