Report now optionally includes results.

ToDo:

[x] Chars are not documented if part of a char only parameter group (e.g. kA_char of HeatExchangers)
[x] Update online documentation
[x] API documentation in document_models module
[x] Update What's New

Would be nice to have:

[x] Custom number formatting (somewhat)
[x] Custom connection parameter reporting selection
[x] Custom component parameter reporting selection
[ ] Exergy Analysis report feature
