Assigning runners to teams in coop races or relay races #141

What is the feature?

As far as I know, Oengus doesn't let organisers assign runners to teams on coop races, the type exist but I don't think it does anything apart from having the run be considered as "multiplayer".

Describe the feature

Ideally, the organisers would choose the number of teams for that race (ideally giving them names) then assign runners to each teams.

The custom data in the schedule could probably be used for assigning teams
