Install required python packages from the notebook or externally? #8

Apparently (and I am not an expert) it is possible to install python packages from within python using the pip package. Maybe also using conda? This would be great as the students would need to run their installations by themselves which could be a big hurdle to get started.

@arvidl Do you think this is feasible?

solved now by using the yaml file
