Additional context php-decimal 1.5.0 adds support for PHP 8.3

Please also upgrade the "decimal" extension for debian packages.

The problem is that the old 1.4.0 Version crashes PHP8.3, 1.5.0 was released to address this.

If i can help somehow, please let me know.
