Packages for 8.2.16 have been built for Debian, but not for Ubuntu

To Reproduce

Packages are here : https://packages.sury.org/php/pool/main/p/php8.2/

But not here : https://ppa.launchpadcontent.net/ondrej/php/ubuntu/pool/main/p/php8.2/

Your understanding of what is happening

Maybe there is a reason for that, but I was unable to find it

Expected behavior

Packages should be available for both systems
