Just say Yes. The package needs to be present in multiple repositories, so the disagreement is kind of expected if you use multiple repos.
I’ll probably address this, but it’s more a convenience issue than technical issue.

I am hesitant to type "Y" in case something goes wrong with our server. Is it a bug that needs fixing in your end?
