Support for Creating location properties #4

We are using different properties for each database location. It is hard to create the properties files manually. The following user story should be implemented:

  1. User tries to open a new location (no properties exist)
  2. A dialogue queries the properties.
  3. if user wants, the properties are stored locally (do we need encryption here?).
  4. When the location is used again, no Dialogue appears.
