We just introduced random workitemids. Instead, we should have a PK based on workitem ID and number of the workitemcomment in the corresponding discussion. This would make it much easier to merge old data with new data from jazz.net

Definitely, I need to do this for discussioneventclassification, too. Otherwise, it will be very hard to get it functional for both databases.

It should be enough to create a new database that contains the data used in the publications and is compatible to jazz.net. Then, I could distribute the data I own myself (the comment classifications) and let others download the missing parts from jazz.net.

The following steps should roughly do the trick:

create a new database (schema, properties)
add a command that converts data loaded in vissuelizer from the old scheme to the new scheme (replacing the unique comment ids with the number where they appear in their discussion)
Load the paydata
Execute the command
Store it in the new database
