This clause doesn't pass in "DesertIslandTest"[1] and hurts the item 5 from
"The Open Source Definition":

An isolated person can't send email messages, packets, letters, etc.

nt-services/5mrtg.exe is an executable without a source code. All other files in nt-services/ depends of 5mrtg.exe.
