Remove files generated by the build process and forgotten when cleaning #39

This PR removes forgotten files and it will allow the MRTG to build twice in Debian.

Hum... Sorry. The right way is remove via clean all artifacts generated from source code of the mrtg and via distclean all artifacts generated by autotools. I will remake this PR. Please, take a moment (if you are watching this PR now).

After some tests, I decided to keep the previous changes as is because to implement distclean we will need deep changes. I can try make this if you want. Please, if you want more changes, approve this PR before. I will add one more line to fix a warning.
