Focus also on Embedded Devices

RRDTool v1 is used in embedded devices, so the new RRDTool v2 should be also have a focus on such usage and devices:

• rather small memory usage
• tested on embedded CPUs (like ARM, Intel Atom, ...)
• maybe separate 'graphic engine' from 'store / calculate engine'
