Update znapzend.pod #371

Added a section with the permissions required to operate with ZFS when a non-privileged user is running znapzend.

Hi @flixman you have to edit the znapzend.pl file ... the *.pod are generated files

Sorry, I did not know that :-/. I have seen there is documentation in ZFS.pm, so I have added the permission bit on the description there. Is this OK?
