Debian build howto #412

Please update README

On Ubuntu / Debian with: apt-get install perl unzip

Should be

On Ubuntu / Debian with: apt-get install perl unzip build-essential

Otherwise make and gcc failed...

More importantly, apt-get is not really used now, apt has replaced it since a while.
