Connection timed ou #415

I am not able install znapzend as getting the following timeout errors when trying to "make" after running "configure" :

https://cpanmin.us/ Connecting to cpanmin.us (cpanmin.us)|151.101.194.217|:443... failed: Connection timed out.

try again ... that was certainly temporary ...
