Updated information about copr repository in README.md #433

Unfortunately Jarkko's znapzend copr repository has been unmaintained for a while and is currently not is a working state (details see this PR). Since I couldn't get hold of him and he hasn't merged https://github.com/oranenj/copr-repos/pull/1, I went ahead and forked his copr repository: https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/spike/znapzend/ which now

This PR updates the information in README.md accordingly

I've submitted a new build to the copr repo. Haven't had time to test v0.20.0. Let me know if works for you. If you use this on a regular basis we could also try to submit it as a package for Fedora and/or RHEL/CentOS...
