No coverage for `killThemAll` #462

As discovered during work on #460 and highlighted in coveralls report from https://coveralls.io/builds/27192904/source?filename=lib%2FZnapZend.pm#L116 there is no coverage for "terminating znapzend" and subsequent killing of worker threads.
