Check available space before attempting to send #577

I'm seeing znapzend waste a lot of time and bandwidth repeatedly trying to send a 500GB snapshot to a destination that only has 300GB of available space left in its zpool. It'd be nice if znapzend checked available space before starting a send, and failed immediately rather than failing when the destination fills up.
