Update for that: while deleting snapshots I have deleted any common pair between source and destination dataset. So a incremental backup is not possible anymore. I have renamed the destination dataset and created a new one.
I have to reopen this issue... as I said I renamed the destination dataset and created a new one. Then I started the first snapshot by hand: znapzend --debug --runonce
The first scheduled run was without any errors:

I have updated my Debian 10 (Buster) Linux to Debian 11 (Bullseye). Before znapzend was working pretty good:
After the update znapzend seems to had problems:
Thereby the snapshots, after the upgrade of the system, were not deleted anymore. Yesterday evening all my virtual machines crashed because my zfs pool ran out of space.
I don't really know what was going wrong, with destroying the snapshots, but I did now two things:
Now I get the following error:
Znapzend say that I have to delete destination snapshots to solve the problem. But I don't want to delete them. Thats kind of my backup. I'm even more confused by
snapshot(s) exist on destination, but no common found on source and destination
. Isn't it normal that there are snapshots in the destination where no longer exists in the source?I know this is probably no znapzend issue. But it would be nice if you can help me.
