Better skin support #2

Support for Blue3, Blue3Wide, StreamedMP skins would be nice.

StreamedMP skin was created by Damien.

Note
In r79 new properties were added, they could be added to skin file:
#SubCentral.Search.Files.Tags and #SubCentral.Translation.MediaTags.Label

Currently, Blue3/Blue3Wide skin files on SVN are just COPY/PASTE of the Black 
Glass skin files. Critical priority to create those!

For StreamedMP, could we add a link to SubCentral to TVSeries menu too like 
Moving Pictures has?

This way the users would have same user experience in both plugins.
