Download before playback for MP-TVSeries #34

In MP-TVSeries it was possible to search for subtitles before playback (if 
episode is missing subtitles).

Need to add this feature to SubCentral. MP-TVSeries might require some changes 
too.

Will only require few lines changed in MP-TVSeries.
