Allow file tags to define the order and filtering of search results..

We have to think a nice way of doing this..

Since, this is the only issue (new functionality) that requires coding before 
1.0, will up the priority.

Idea from Damien:

"I thought of a nice thing to add...the facade can use the selected colour or
