Subtitle download not asynchronous #43

It seems that downloading a subtitle is not an asynchronous operation.

Podnapisi was quite slow for me for the past weekend and subtitle downloading 
takes 5-10 seconds. For this time the UI freezes and the progress bar does not 
animate.

At first (when I was doing the implementation) I didn't see the need for this 
but it probably should be changed.

Will target for 1.1. Maybe I can manage to squeeze this in 1.0 too, we'll see.
