What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open settings
2. Create a temporary group of providers
3. Close settings
4. Add new provider (new dll file)
5. Open settings
6. Edit temporary group to add new provider

Expected result:
New provider is available in list

Actual result:
New provider is not available.

Workaround:
Create a new group, and there the new provider is available.

Hi are you using v1.0? This should be fixed in SubCentral v1.0.

I was using the old 0.9.1.
It's working great now, thanks.
