You're fast ;) Not sure but you might wanna check couple of things before I add 
this file:

- encoding problems (looks like your file is ANSI, should be UTF-8)
- in the header it says MP-TVSeries translation file :)
- original formatting is lost (A-Z comments for example) - not very important 
but helps when comparing the file.

Yeah I had a old language file, so I used the translation tool. I'm pretty 
tired of looking through which lines has been changed.
So i guess the translationtool changed it to ANSI and added the MP-TVSeries as 
i used that ;)
