Links to Web pages to replace verbose error messages #92

It has been postulated to replace Pygr's most verbose messages with links 
to Web pages which would contain more detailed descriptions. These should 
preferably be kept in Git so that they are in sync with the code.

Istvan has proposed implementing this as a dedicated module, with errors 
as classes capable of rendering themselves as Restructured Text (and by 
extension, HTML - or possibly Google Code Wiki pages). This sounds like a 
good idea so let's do it this way.

Now that I looked/thought this over, I suggest to defer on this until more 
important
features are added. I'll mark it a lower priority,
