Add navigation buttons #4

Here is an example of an actual music piece menu to list each instrument score : image

There is no button or option to go back to program menu, forcing user to use browser return option.

For people not used to computers, such a button could clarify and simply navigation. Also, it could improve navigation for smartphone and tablet users.

In fact, the back button is well understood by most people. On phones, it's one of the base buttons, with "back to home", and "list of last apps".
