Configuration for dynamic URLs documentation #32

Hello, it states in the documentation that the configuration is [tool.hatch.metadata.hooks.vcs], while it is actually in .url [tool.hatch.metadata.hooks.vcs.url].

I'm not sure whether there's an error in the README or in the implementation.
